Introduction.

I started my fitness journey after I graduated from my foundation school. It was a 3 months of precious and life changing holidays for me.

Me before 
- 57 kg of fats - I'm not a sport person (at all), no jog, no exercise, all I did were eat junk foods (instant noodles, fast foods, processed foods and all), and over-sleep until noon and repeat. Zero knowledge about health & fitness. Zero.
- My dull and *sembab* face made me look older than my age.
- I never care about my appearance, because my self-esteem was very low due to this fatness and aging look. (or I dont give a damn at all, because I had no idea what to do LOL)
- Low self-confidence, always feel bad about myself. Negativity all over myself. Yup it's proven, our body is the reflection of our mind.

Me now 
- 47-48 kg of fats and muscle mass! - Wehooo I am now a pilates addict (thank you Blogilates!), I do cardio, weight training (simple home workout), I eat *almost* clean (I cannot run from sweet foods tho) but I never forget & always detox my body & plain water. I will share my routine later!
- My complexion looks better I guess so hehehe, Clear from serious acne Alhamdulillah for now :)
- My inner age is younger than my actual age so yey!
- And self-confidence increased!
